How camp tuition works

What sets tuition

Tuition is by the week. It depends on how many weeks you book and your camper's age group, and it covers the full day: the activities, the snacks and the water hour. Lunch comes from home.

Registration

A one-time registration step holds your family's place in the camp. It is the same for every week you book in the summer, and it is not refundable once camp starts.

Holding a place

A place is held when you register for a week and the first payment is made. If a week is full, you can join its waitlist, and we call or message you when a place opens.

Billing

Tuition is billed week by week or all at once, as you prefer. We send a message before each payment is due, and you can pay by card or by bank transfer.

Siblings

If more than one of your children comes to camp, we place each in the right age group and look at the weeks together. Ask us when you register.

Withdrawing

If your plans change, tell us as soon as you can, and a place goes to the next family on the waitlist. Tuition for a week that has not started is returned, less the registration step. Once a week has started, it is not returned.

T-shirt and other costs

Two things cost extra: a camp T-shirt, if you want one, and the optional Friday family snack table in the final week. Everything else is in tuition, and we tell you about an extra before we charge it.
