What families ask us

Camp is for ages 5 to 13, in six weeks in June and July, with a new theme each week. Younger campers are in their own groups, and older campers choose more of their blocks.

Camp runs from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. A day has a morning circle, games or crafts, lunch, a quiet hour, a water hour and two snack breaks. The mornings are outside, and the afternoons are indoors or at the pool.

A hat with a brim, a filled water bottle, sunscreen already on, a swimsuit under clothes and a towel, lunch in a cold pack and closed-toe shoes.

Erlinda, Patricio, Dayanna and Jadiel all speak Spanish and English. You can call, text or write on WhatsApp in either language, and every page of this site is in both.

Outdoor blocks are in the morning, each with shade close by. When the afternoon is too hot, the wind raises dust or a storm comes in, activities move into the rec hall, and we message families.

Each age group has its own water hour at the city pool, with a lifeguard on the deck and counselors in the water. Campers who need a life jacket wear one. Tell us at registration how your camper feels about water.

An adult on your list signs your camper out at the rec hall door. We ask for ID until we know you, and we ask you to tell us ahead of time when someone new is coming.

It depends on the weeks you book and your camper's age group. Call or write on WhatsApp, and we will go through the weeks and the age group with you.

Register for your weeks online. When a week is full, join the waitlist, and we call or message you when a place opens.

Tell us at registration. We ask for what we need privately, and medicine stays with the director, with your written instructions.
